Bulking up the luggage (OPEN)

After a rather pleasant morning on the beaches of Hollywood, California; Yuen had travelled back to his temporary apartment and realised that most of his clothing needed some severe laundry attention.
Changing into his only clean clothing (tan cargo short and a white muscle t-shirt), Yuen felt the need to explore the resident mall of the area.
Making his way into a store that took his eye, Yuen began to browse.

Ashley had been on the beach all day, just trying to get a serious tan, and it had worked. She was now beautifully sun kissed, and her blonde hair was perfect. She walked into Abercrombie and started to browse, picking clothes off the rack and then sticking them back on. She was never really that good at picking things out. Some plaid bermuda shorts caught her eyes and she rushed to them. "These are so cute!" She said outloud. She pulled a pair of the rack and held them up to herself. She spotted someone (Yuen) who was browsing and just tapped his shoulder. "How do you think these would look on me?" She asked him and then laughed. "I'm sorry... that was stupid of me..."

Yuen spun slightly on his heels and smiled a little, the young woman was obviously having a good day and it showed; she was glowing from head to toe. Chuckling a little he shook his head, "It's alright and I think they'd look good on you. But with a skin tone like that I think you should go for the light peach ones, they'll bring out the tan and go with anything." He'd always had an interest in fashion but never let it show until now.

Ashley grinned. "Thanks... I'm Ashley Tisdale by the way." She liked that he had enough courage to show that he actually cared about fashion, unlike some of the boys that she knew who didnt care at all. "I like your fashion sense..." She said, and pulled some of the peach bermuda shorts off the rack. "Perfect."

Yuen smiled a little more, glad to be of help he introduced himself, "I'm Yuen Biao...nice to meet you Miss Tisdale." He was a little puzzled at her remark about his fashion and then chuckled as he looked at what he was wearing, "Oh...you mean what, this? No no, everything else is in the laundry. Just here to expand my wardrobe a bit more. Freshen myself up a bit."

Ashley laughed. "I understand Yuen... Although I cant say that I've ever had that happen to me." She smiled. "So... What's up with you?" She said, asking the basic questions.

"Arrived last week from my last film location in China. I'm permanently based here, needed a little taste of the sunshine and glitter of Hollywood." He smiled and picked out two pairs of jeans (one light, slightly ripped pair and a dark pair) along with a ligh sky blue polo shirt, four white singlets and a semi-dressy dark brown jacket.

Ashley smiled. "That's cool... I'm here for some down time before the big premire of High School Musical: 2 and some more filiming of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody." She pulled a pair of white pants from the rack and smiled. She also ended up picking out an orange tank top, and a pink and yellow striped bikini.

"Ah I see...I thought I'd seen a few ads with you on them." He smiled and had a look at the belts they had available and chose not to get one, nothing appealed to him, "Im not sure if my most recent movie will be showing here in America."

Ashley smiled. "I'd like to see it..." She said. "Films from other contries are fun to watch... " She walked towards the register. "Do you want to get lunch or something?" She asked.

Yuen took his own small group of items to the counter also and smiled a little, nodding slowly. "I haven't eaten since breakfast so I think that's a good idea." His mind ran over where would be showing the film and it clicked, "I think I saw a small cinema in Chinatown that has it coming out next week. They should be showing it for a while if you can fit it in somewhere."

"Cool... I'll be sure to go see it..." Ashley said and smiled. She pulled out her credit card and paid for her cothing and then waited for Yuen. "I'm so hungry!" She said, and laughed a little.

Yuen pulled out his wallet and took out several hundred dollars in his american currency, smiling a little as Ashley laughed and nodded himself. "I know how you feel, I did training this morning down at the beach and now if I dont eat I'll have to go back to the apartment and sleep, I'm really tired." He chuckled a little.
